The Johnson Suite

T​he Johnson - named after the estate's original owner - James Johnson - who built & operated The Catoctin Furnace. The name is also a tribute to the current owner John, whose three sons have spent over a decade restoring grandeur to this historic estate. (tub & shower, 2nd floor)   $225​

The Peregrine Suite

The Peregrine- named after one of the many prized birds which frequent Springfield. Red tail hawks, woodpeckers, killdeer, & even bald eagles are often spotted on the estate. (Shower, 2nd floor) $225

The Lady Victoria Suite

The Lady Victoria - our intimately small and cozy suite. It is indeed charming & beautiful like Victoria herself. The tiny suite adorned with a built in cabinet and decorative fireplace is a diminutive jewel.

The Edgar Suite

The Edgar - named after Edgar Allan Poe who reportedly spent his honeymoon night at Springfield Manor & carved his name in the glass windowpane with the diamond wedding ring. (tub & shower, 3rd floor) $225

The Linden Suite

The Linden - named after the magnificent specimen tree between the manor & the barn. This beautiful tree was said to have been imported from Europe by the Johnson Family. (Bridal lounge/ jetted tub & shower, 2nd floor)  $225​​

The Inn is a magnificent historic landmark - with all the modern amenities.. The mansion was constructed in the 1770's.  Several of the fireplaces & firebacks were cast at the Catoctin Furnace - whose owner James Johnson - built Springfield Manor. As you gaze upwards at the forty foot stone gables, and admire the wide planks of flooring as well as the moldings, mantels, and builtins from the same time period as MtVernon & Montecello- we hope you will appreciate your stay in the gracious historic manor.

Sarah is a master baker and Cory is a talented and gifted mixologist.
